BH Live & Keepme celebrate one immensely successful year of strategic partnership

04 Mar 2024
Keepme has been vocal about their mission to empower leisure operators / Keepme
BH Live, a leading UK leisure operator and charitable social enterprise is celebrating a year of data-driven success since partnering with Keepme, a leader in AI-driven solutions for the fitness industry.

Saving 40 hours per team member, per month and helping to effectively manage more than 1,500 leads on average per month via Keepme is just the tip of the iceberg.

This collaboration marks a significant step towards digital transformation for BH Live, revolutionising operational efficiency, and sales visibility with an intelligent suite of smart automation and predictive tools.

“AI is huge in the world now. Everyone should be moving towards it or, at a more basic level, having a full automation roadmap. So this is always the aim of BH Live, to work towards more digital, automation and AI processes where we know it can elevate the work of and make workstreams more efficient for our people. With such clever automation tools in Keepme, gives teams more time to improve on the customer experience side face to face.” Darryl Dewar, Group Sales & Customer Experience Manager, BH Live Active

As operators of numerous leisure centres and cultural venues, BH Live is committed to enhancing community health and wellbeing by delivering unparalleled services. Keepme has been vocal about their mission to empower leisure operators with state-of-the-art solutions that unlock the full potential of their data, leading to enhanced member retention and optimised lead conversion rates. They have shown continual commitment to aiding the UK Leisure sector in achieving this, with CEO Ian Mullane recently speaking at ukactive’s ‘Active Uprising’ event.

"The Public Leisure Sector plays a vital role in endorsing a healthier and more active lifestyle for people across the UK. The ability to embrace AI, without the need for a Data Scientist on your team, presents a clear opportunity for operators to unlock substantial benefits," stated Mullane. "Our partnership with Gladstone software, formalised at the end of 2023, is set to enable the integration of AI predictive models for UK Leisure operators, empowering them to leverage the latest advancements in technology" he continued.

The success of BH Live, coming up to one year since they implemented Keepme’s technology, sets the blueprint for other UK Leisure operators who are embracing innovation, and committed to enhancing the member experience in 2024. Keepme’s recent formalised partnership with Gladstone, opens the door to a huge number of UK Leisure operators who are already using Gladstone's MMS software.

“It has been great working through the implementation process with BH Live. They wanted to optimise their lead management process, better insights to engagement with leads and consolidate their multiple systems and inboxes. You only need to look at the case study to see that we were able to address and improve all of the above. It is really exciting and fulfilling to have such an impact so quickly - I am looking forward to seeing what we can do for BH Live, and our other leisure clients for the rest of 2024.” - Sumeet Mann, Keepme Customer Success Manager - EMEA

In the summer of 2023 we launched Keepme Creator, the industry’s first generative AI tool and V3 of our core products, Keepme Sales and Keepme Membership.

In 2024, we strive to continue redefining how the industry operates. As the industry becomes more responsive to AI and technological advancements, we will be here delivering educational content and empowering operators to make the most of AI within their facilities.

Testimonial
"Before the team had access to Keepme, we faced several challenges. One of the main issues is that leads were arriving into multiple systems and inboxes, making it very difficult to manage and keep track of leads. This was time-consuming and challenging in terms of maintaining an efficient workflow and responding to enquiries/potential opportunities effectively."

– Darryl Dewar, group sales & customer experience manager, BH Live Active
Testimonial
"What Keepme uniquely offers is the ability to integrate with any fitness industry software platform that has an API...Keepme gives us one seamless digital process and frees our customer experience teams to focus on our members. We have greater customer insights - and no need to download reports, upload triggers, or prepare communications.”

– Gareth Bacon, head of product, Wellfit
Testimonial
"If you have tried some of the AI content tools on the market, you will find the results are never quite right. So, once I heard that Keepme was coming out with their content creator tool, I had very low expectations. But I have been pleasantly surprised by the diversity with this tool! I have played around with the “tone of voice” and it is spot on."

– Meredith DeAngelis, CMO, Village Health Clubs & Spas
