Keepme launches Open-House Sessions – providing pressure-free platform insights

15 Apr 2024
/ Keepme
Keepme has this week announced a new initiative. Its ‘Open-House Sessions’ are set to offer a comprehensive insight into the platform's AI-powered technologies, intuitive design and extensive functionality.

"We understand the challenges faced by fitness operators, especially with intensifying competition,” said Hilary McGuckin, director of marketing at Keepme.

“Exploring new solutions demands time and commitment – resources often in short supply. Face-to-face meetings or one-on-one calls can be daunting, even for those with spare time.

“Our aim with Keepme Open-House Sessions is to simplify this discovery process, making it accessible, enjoyable and non-intrusive. We're committed to providing a platform where everyone can explore Keepme's offerings, on their terms and within their comfort zone."

The Open-House Sessions offer a space for AI-curious operators to explore the Keepme product without feeling pressured to make a purchase. By prioritising education and exploration, operators can thoroughly evaluate the platform's capabilities and determine its suitability for their facility.

"Demos offer tailored sessions for individual facilities, which is fantastic. However, we understand that not everyone is comfortable with face-to-face calls during the initial exploration stage,” added Keepme events and PR manager, Amy McDermott.

“Our aim here is to offer a no-pressure option for operators interested in AI's potential but not yet ready for discussions with a company representative."

Whether aiming to boost member engagement, streamline lead management or uncover growth opportunities, these Open House Sessions offer invaluable insights and understanding. They go beyond a mere platform showcase, providing fitness operators with a deeper understanding of Keepme's features and functionalities.

To further the no-pressure environment, the sessions are also designed to provide attendees with privacy and convenience. Keepme invites attendees to participate with cameras off, allowing them to focus solely on the information being shared. It's the ideal environment to have some thinking space and envision if the platform could align with future planning for your business.

The first sessions will take place on April 26th, you can find out more information and register here.

Plans for the next 12 months
Keepme’s mission is to revolutionize the way fitness operators achieve revenue growth by transforming how they engage with prospects and members. We strive to constantly deliver on the cutting-edge of what technology can offer in our industry, doing so with quick deployment and low resource requirements for our customers.

In the summer of 2023 we launched Keepme Creator, the industry’s first generative AI tool and V3 of our core products, Keepme Sales and Keepme Membership.

In 2024, we strive to continue redefining how the industry operates. As the industry becomes more responsive to AI and technological advancements, we will be here delivering educational content and empowering operators to make the most of AI within their facilities.

We added Keepme Academy to our offering in January 2024, as well as a new scheduling feature - and we have a number of other platform developments planned for the rest of 2024.
Testimonial
"Before the team had access to Keepme, we faced several challenges. One of the main issues is that leads were arriving into multiple systems and inboxes, making it very difficult to manage and keep track of leads. This was time-consuming and challenging in terms of maintaining an efficient workflow and responding to enquiries/potential opportunities effectively."

– Darryl Dewar, group sales & customer experience manager, BH Live Active

"What Keepme uniquely offers is the ability to integrate with any fitness industry software platform that has an API...Keepme gives us one seamless digital process and frees our customer experience teams to focus on our members. We have greater customer insights - and no need to download reports, upload triggers, or prepare communications.”

– Gareth Bacon, head of product, Wellfit
Testimonial
"If you have tried some of the AI content tools on the market, you will find the results are never quite right. So, once I heard that Keepme was coming out with their content creator tool, I had very low expectations. But I have been pleasantly surprised by the diversity with this tool! I have played around with the “tone of voice” and it is spot on."
