Inside the build: Solo60 Fleet Street

Solo60 is a network of private, bookable gyms across London, offering personal trainers, physiotherapists and content creators exclusive access to high quality wellness spaces on demand. Each site is designed to maximise functionality within a compact footprint while maintaining a premium, versatile and welcoming feel.
BLK BOX was tasked with delivering two distinct training areas within the Fleet Street facility, tailored for coaches, small groups, therapists and content creators. Each needed to support strength training, conditioning and Hyrox inspired sessions, while also functioning as a clean, adaptable environment for content creation.
The brief centred on creating spaces that feel calm, focused and refined, with each area equipped to serve a slightly different training purpose.
The Build
The Vault
Designed as a strength focused environment, The Vault is built around a custom branded 1 Series Half Rack and features Heavy Duty Impact Plates, a range of barbells including a Hex Bar and Belfast Bar, and a custom Inlaid Weightlifting Platform.
Supporting equipment includes a custom 5 Series Adjustable Bench, a Leg Curl/ Extension Machine, Wall Balls, Medicine Balls, Cast Iron Kettlebells and Hex Dumbbells. A 1 bay Cable Storage System with attachments adds further versatility, alongside carefully selected cardio pieces to round out the space.
The League
Built with conditioning and Hyrox style training in mind, The League introduces a more dynamic setup. Custom Agility Turf and a Dog Sled create a dedicated area for high intensity work.
The space includes a 1 Series Half Rack with Utility Plates, a mix of barbells including a Hex Bar, Belfast Bar and Curl Bar, and a custom Inlaid Weightlifting Platform.
Additional equipment mirrors the versatility of The Vault, with a custom 5 Series Adjustable Bench, Leg Curl/ Extension, Cast Iron Kettlebells, Hex Dumbbells, Wall Balls and Slam Balls. A Cable Storage System, cardio equipment and a punch bag complete the offering, allowing for a wide range of training styles.
The Result
Solo60 Fleet Street delivers a premium private gym experience that feels capable, adaptable and unrestricted. The combination of deep red tones and oak finishes introduces warmth and refinement, creating a calm and focused training environment.
The space supports personal trainers and content creators who value control, flexibility and quality. Every detail has been considered to ensure the environment works as hard as the people using it, while maintaining a sharp, elevated aesthetic.
This build reflects Solo60’s commitment to creating spaces that balance performance with design, supporting any style of training without compromise.
Jayne Lo, BLK BOX business development manager, who played a key role in delivering the facility said: “What we’ve created here gives coaches and creators complete freedom.
