Move360 was created with one clear goal: to provide an intelligent training environment where members can build strength, improve movement quality and train with confidence.
Unlike traditional gyms, Move360 combines small group personal training, expert coaching, physiotherapy-led assessments and structured progress tracking to create an experience that supports long-term health and performance. Every detail of the facility has been designed to remove barriers to training, allowing members of all abilities to move better, get stronger and stay consistent.
To help bring this vision to life, Move360 partnered with BLK BOX to design, manufacture and install a facility that reflects the quality of coaching delivered every day.
Designing a space for coaching first
The layout was carefully planned to maximise coach visibility while creating dedicated zones for strength, functional training and movement preparation.
At the centre of the facility sits a custom BLK BOX 5 Series Nexus Compact Rack with integrated storage, allowing multiple members to train simultaneously while keeping equipment organised and accessible. This central hub supports the structured flow of Move360's small group personal training sessions, giving coaches the space to demonstrate, observe and provide individual feedback without compromising the group environment.
A curved turf track extends through the gym, creating an open space for sled work, acceleration drills and conditioning that complements the facility's strength training focus.
Supporting strength, performance and rehabilitation
Move360's philosophy extends beyond lifting heavier weights. Every new member begins with a physiotherapy-informed movement screening, assessing mobility, movement quality and potential imbalances before training begins. This process allows coaches to build programmes that not only improve performance but also support injury prevention and long-term progression.
To complement this approach, BLK BOX supplied equipment that caters to every stage of the training journey.

The inclusion of specialist equipment such as the Safety Squat Bar allows members to continue developing lower body strength while reducing shoulder strain where required, supporting both performance athletes and those returning from injury.
Built for progression
Every element of the facility was selected to support Move360's coaching methodology. From foundational strength work to functional conditioning and rehabilitation, the equipment allows coaches to adapt sessions to suit every member's goals and ability.
Regular InBody scans, movement assessments and ongoing coach reviews provide measurable feedback throughout each member's journey, ensuring progress is monitored beyond the numbers on the barbell. The combination of free weights, functional training equipment and open coaching space creates an environment where members can develop movement competency, confidence and long-term resilience.
The Result
Move360 is a coaching-led performance facility where every aspect of the member experience has been designed to support better movement and lasting progress.
By combining physiotherapy-informed assessments, structured coaching and premium BLK BOX equipment, the facility delivers an environment that bridges the gap between rehabilitation, strength development and performance training. Members receive expert guidance from their first movement screen through to long-term progression, while coaches have the flexibility to deliver highly personalised sessions within a small group setting.
The finished facility reflects Move360's commitment to intelligent coaching and long-term development.
