Reflex shareholders back name change
Following an Extraordinary General Meeting, the board of Reflex Group has announced that shareholders have agreed the company’s name will be changed to Healthy Living Centres.
It has also been announced that chair, Tony Kilduff has stepped down and been replaced by Luke Johnson. Kilduff will remain on the board in a non-executive capacity.
The group operates the 32-strong Motorcise chain of healthy living centres and announced last month that a postponed expansion plan was back on track thanks to a boost in business.
The company is now seeking franchisees and is also trialling slimming and cosmetic centres at a number of its existing sites.
The name change will take effect in due course.
