The annual Professional Beauty Awards have been announced.
The awards recognise the best of the UK beauty industry and companies and individuals were honoured in 15 categories with Eastthorpe Hall Health & Beauty Spa in West Yorkshire taking home the Day Spa of the Year.
Eastthorpe beat fellow finalists KuBu in Oxfordshire, The Devonshire Spa in Derbyshire and the Waterfall Spa in Leeds to the top position.
Ragdale Hall Health Hydro & Thermal Spa in Leicestershire was given two awards – Employer of the Year and Residential Spa of the Year – while Santi Development Programmes was given the Training Provider of the Year.
Emma Morris from St Brides Spa Hotel in Pembrokeshire, Wales, won Therapist of the Year from a shortlist that included Claire Waddle (Serenity in the City, Newcastle), Hayley Shepherd (Utopia Spa, Isle of Wight) and Tina Kennedy (Senspa, Hampshire).
Comfort Zone was given the Skincare Supplier of the Year while the only non-UK award, the European Spa of the Year award, was given to The Retreat Spa at Aphrodite Hills in Cyprus.
