Lauralie Chapados, known as the “Dark Horse,” made history in bodybuilding by winning the Ms. Bikini Olympia 2024 title, with an impressive record: 12 Pro wins and top placements at the Olympia and the Arnold Classic (three-time champion). A French-Canadian athlete, Lauralie is a role model for athletes worldwide. Her secret? “Winning the Olympia taught me that strength doesn’t come only from muscles, but from the alignment of mind and body, from intuition and authenticity.”

Yarishna Ayala, “The Puerto Rican Queen,” is an example of discipline and determination for thousands of people. A former professional dancer, she established herself as an internationally renowned IFBB Pro athlete, excelling in the Wellness category (4th at the 2021 Olympia, 8th in 2022). Today, in addition to being an international fitness influencer and coach (she is also the personal trainer of stars like Karol G), she is a successful entrepreneur.
