In the past 12 months, Pulse Fitness has continued to make significant strides in supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of the UK's armed forces. Pulse Fitness has completed numerous installations and equipment upgrades at several key military stations, both within the UK and internationally. These upgrades are part of Pulse Fitness's commitment to providing state-of-the-art fitness solutions tailored to the specific needs of military personnel.

These installations reflect Pulse Fitness's dedication to enhancing the training environments for all branches of the UK's armed forces, which include the Royal Navy, the British Army and the Royal Air Force (RAF). 

Not only has Pulse Fitness supported the military with vast amounts of equipment it was also successful in winning the Service and Maintenance Contract to deliver Type A and Type B service contracts for within the UK and also a Type C service contract for overseas some of these prestigious sites include the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Commando Training Centre, Royal Marines, 2 Royal Gurkaa Regiment, Brunei to name a few.

As the Military-Focused Mental Health Ambassador for Pulse Fitness, Phil has been instrumental in addressing the mental health challenges faced by military personnel. He has been actively participating in Pulse Fitness events and hosting talks at various military stations, providing invaluable insights and support on mental health issues.
