press release: Pulse Fitness
Pulse Fitness partners with Balance Health Nottingham to deliver a connected health and fitness experience
Pulse Fitness partnered with Balance Health Nottingham, one of the UK’s first facilities to combine fitness, diagnostics and private healthcare under one roof, to help deliver a new, technology-led fitness facility designed to support members across every stage of their health and wellbeing journey.
The transformed site centres around a carefully planned training floor, featuring dedicated zones for cardio, strength and functional training. This structured layout enables members to transition easily between workout styles, whether following programmed sessions, training independently or working with a personal trainer.
Founded and led by healthcare experts, Balance Health Nottingham brings clinical expertise directly into a modern fitness facility. The centre combines rehabilitation, preventative healthcare and general fitness in a single, integrated ecosystem designed to support long-term wellbeing for the Nottinghamshire community.
Alongside the main gym, the facility offers a range of additional services including studio-based classes, Reformer Pilates and specialist training areas. Together, these spaces create a flexible environment that caters to a broad spectrum of fitness levels, goals and preferences. Integrated systems from Pulse Fitness enable personalised, data-driven programmes that support everything from general fitness goals to clinically-informed recovery.
Pulse Fitness equipment plays a central role in the facility, with a focus on durability, performance and seamless integration with the gym’s modern design. The result is a cohesive training environment that balances functionality with a strong visual identity.
Marie Benny, regional sales manager at Pulse Fitness, said: “We’re proud to have worked with Balance Health Nottingham on this impressive new facility. By combining robust equipment with smart integrations, the gym can offer a connected training experience that supports members with personalised and engaging workouts.”
From initial equipment specification through to installation, Pulse worked closely with the Balance Health team to ensure the space met both operational and aesthetic goals.
By combining advanced equipment, smart technology and expert-led healthcare, Balance Health Nottingham represents a new model for integrated wellbeing that breaks down barriers between medical care and fitness. Pulse Fitness’ role in this ecosystem highlights how high-quality, durable gym equipment can support performance and long-term health outcomes.
Balance Health Nottingham represents a growing trend towards integrated health and fitness environments, demonstrating how considered design, technology and equipment can come together to create a modern, member-focused destination.
