PRESS RELEASE
High Life Highland selects Gladstone’s cloud solutions to drive digital transformation
24 Mar 2025
High Life Highland recognises the importance of a frictionless digital journey for its members / High Life Highland
A Commitment to Efficiency and Sustainability
Managing multiple sites comes with operational complexities. By transitioning to the cloud, High Life Highland aims to automate manual processes, reduce administrative burdens, and allow staff to focus on delivering outstanding customer service. This move also aligns with their sustainability goals by optimising resource management and reducing inefficiencies.
Unlocking Future Growth Potential
Beyond improving operations, High Life Highland is looking to the cloud to unlock new revenue opportunities. With modern, scalable solutions from Gladstone, they will be able to expand their offerings beyond traditional memberships, opening the door to new income streams across their services.
Delivering a Seamless Member Experience
High Life Highland recognises the importance of a frictionless digital journey for its members. With Gladstone’s cloud-based GoJoin platform, the organisation aims to simplify the joining process, reducing barriers to access and improving the overall member experience. Enhanced API integrations will ensure that key services - such as Corporate Membership validation -continue to run smoothly, offering a personalised and seamless member experience.
Strengthening a Long-Standing Partnership
This transition builds on a well-established relationship between High Life Highland and Gladstone. The decision to move to the cloud reflects their trust in Gladstone’s expertise and shared commitment to innovation and service excellence.
Enhancing Payment Solutions and Data Insights
As part of this transition, High Life Highland will introduce Recurring Card Payments (RCP), providing members with a flexible, subscription-style payment method that streamlines transactions while improving financial efficiency. Additionally, the adoption of Sisense dashboards will give staff instant access to key data insights, supporting more informed, data-driven decision-making.
Expanding Swim Lesson Access with GoLearn
A key element of High Life Highland’s digital transformation plan is the rollout of GoLearn across 10 locations, which will make swim lesson management easier for staff while improving accessibility for families through an intuitive Parent Portal. This initiative aligns with their vision to enhance community engagement and increase participation in swimming programmes.
“We are excited to support High Life Highland on this journey to the cloud,” said Susie Malcolm, Regional Sales Manager, Scotland at Gladstone. “By embracing digital transformation, they are setting the stage for a more efficient, engaging, and future-ready leisure experience for their members.”
With implementation set to begin soon, this transition marks a significant step in High Life Highland’s strategy to future-proof its operations and deliver modern, accessible, and efficient leisure services.
