Two new spa resorts planned for Borneo in 2012
YTL Hotels, the hospitality arm of Malaysian conglomerate YTL Corporations Berhard, will open two new resorts in Borneo during 2012.
First to open will be Pulau Gaya with views of Mount Kinabalu. Facilities at the resort will include a spa village and a range of swimming pools.
Pulau Gaya will be followed by Pulau Tiga, which will be marketed as a intimate hideaway. Located 48km south of Kota Kinabalu, the resort will boast a dedicated spa area.
YTL launched two new resorts in 2010 - The MUSE in St Tropez, France which boasts 14 suites and an eco-spa and the Swatch Art Peace Hotel in Shanghai, China.
