Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda inspire OTO’s new mushroom-powered Nutridaptives supplements
OTO Wellbeing has lifted the lid on Nutridaptives, its first-ever supplement range designed to meet the demands of modern life while promoting optimal mind, body and skin health.
The line's three formulas blend mushroom extracts and herbal ingredients revered in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda and other ancient healing approaches with science-backed essential vitamins and minerals.
With the tagline "science-backed and guided by nature," the collection includes:
• The Menopause Complex: A blend of 21 active ingredients intended to support hormonal balance and energy during perimenopause and menopause by alleviating common symptoms and enhancing vitality.
• The Sleep Complex: Formulated with 14 active ingredients to regulate the sleep-wake cycle, balance the nervous system, reduce fatigue and support metabolic function.
• The Mushroom Complex: Features five functional mushroom extracts and 11 vitamins and minerals to support cognitive function, enhance clarity and focus and boost immune health and energy.
Mental boost
OTO says the supplements harness the power of nootropic and adaptogenic plant extracts alongside minerals and vitamins backed by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) to boost wellbeing and promote balance.
Nootropics are natural compounds known for their ability to improve cognitive function, such as Vitamin B6, Lion’s Mane mushroom and caffeine. Adaptogens, on the other hand, help the body manage stress and combat fatigue, supporting both mental and physical resilience. Examples of adaptogens include ashwagandha and chamomile.
OTO’s Nutridaptives come in capsule form, designed for rapid absorption through an advanced delivery system that ensures active ingredients are effectively released in the digestive tract.
Finely milled for maximum bioavailability, these vegan supplements are non-GMO, third-party tested and produced in the UK. They're also created using traceable ingredients and are free of hormones, gluten, fillers and drugs.
OTO Wellbeing founder Gemma Colao said: “Nutridaptives have been a labour of love and are the product of two years of hard work by our expert team. Harnessing functional plants renowned for their therapeutic benefits, they’re a synergy of Eastern and Western practices.
“This innovative range is set to shake up the wellness industry with its holistic approach to supplements.”
OTO recommends taking the supplements once a day, at least 90 minutes before going to bed, for optimal results.
