The ISPAL
members’ voice
ISPAL’s role as its members’ voice, lobbying for the sport, parks and leisure workforce, is ever a busy one - government (see top ezine story) has eight Ministers (and their Junior Ministers, and all those civil servants!) working on new policies and laws and regulations all the time, and many can affect us all.
And there’s the European Community rules, too!
So, it’s good to have new Policy Manager Jane Strange in post, taking the lead in monitoring Government proposals, papers, statements, etc and making sure that our voice and views are heard.
ISPAL also needs members’ input and advice. We list below the current consultations, and the Department concerned, and the deadline - any views you have, and any queries, please send them asap to [email protected]
