Indoor sports centre opens in London Bridge
A new indoor sports centre has opened in London Bridge.
Called T47, the independently owned 19,000sq ft centre boasts three sports pitches, measuring 30m x 10m and with a ceiling height of 6m; changing rooms; and a licensed bar.
Sports available at the centre include 5-a-side football, netball, archery, basketball, handball, futsal, table tennis and dodgeball.
The centre will be managed by entrepreneur Kevin Burns, who invested £300,000 in setting up the centre.
Designed by Craig Moffet Architects and Sunray Builders, T47 will operate on a pay as you play basis.
