Free gym training for students at Wow! workout club

Young people with autism can use the gym for free at Wow! Workout
Wow! Workout is helping young people with autism get fit at its facility in Brunswick, New Jersey.
The club started offering the students free access to the club, after being approached by their PE teacher, Joe Gironda, who wanted to increase activity levels among the 16- to 21-year-olds.
“We visit the facility once a week for an hour and have access to all of the equipment in the club. The students are enjoying the opportunity to go out in the community and the health benefits for them are enormous,” he said.
