Fitness companies in customer service final

Three health and fitness companies have made it to the finals of the National Customer Service Awards 2004.
Bodywize, Liverpool City Council and Andover Leisure Centre were named as finalists for the annual event, organised by Quest Media in conjunction with The Institute of Customer Service and The Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals.
Entrants are judged on the quality of their customer service, communication, problem solving, innovation and how individuals perform in support of team goals.
The winners of the Customer Service Team of the Year, Fitness & Leisure award will be announced at a gala dinner on 21 September.
