The Cranleigh Hotel in Reigate, Surrey, has been sold on behalf of its private owners.
The property includes nine rooms, a 30-cover restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool and the selling price of £1.5m includes 1.5 acres of surrounding land.
In Little Bockhampton, Dorset, Christie + Co negotiated the sale of the Grade II-listed Yalbury Gottage Hotel for £845,000 to Jamie Jones, a former Four Seasons manager.
The five-star property is the first Jones will own and operate as a private business and includes a 24-cover restaurant.
The third property, The Embassy Hotel in Great Yarmouth, Suffolk, was acquired by a family for around £600,000.
The 30-room hotel includes a 52-cover restaurant and is one of the largest privately owned hotels in the region.
