Bromsgrove leisure centre gets a revamp

Ryland Leisure Centre in Bromsgrove is set to receive an upgrade of its fitness facilities.
Improvements at the centre will include a four court sports hall, a gym featuring Life Fitness equipment in its cardio, weights and functional training areas. A new dance studio for group fitness classes will open in January.
Outdoor facilities include an athletics track and a full size grass football pitch.
Management responsibilities for Ryland Centre have also been transferred to Sandwell Leisure Trust from Worcestershire County Council.
Ryland Centre's manager, Michelle Jones, said: "These are exciting times for the centre which has a great history of offering sports and activities to the local community.
"The centre will continue to be home to local clubs that provide activities for people of all ages."
