Richard Wigglesworth becomes EAS brand ambassador
Sports nutrition company EAS has signed Sale Sharks scrum half Richard Wigglesworth (pictured) to act as a brand ambassador.
As part of the deal, Wigglesworth is working with EAS to develop a sports nutrition programme specifically tailored to him.
As part of Wigglesworth's current nutrition programme, he takes a Myoplex protein shake on board straight after training and matches. The shake is designed to provide carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals to the consumer and is said to be most effective when taken within 30 minutes of a workout.
EAS provide a range of drinks, bars and supplements, designed to be taken before, during and after exercise.
