The Abdofit offers a hint of support to the lower back so the user can comfortably work their abdominals and obliques without straining the back or hips.
With different levels of resistance, the user can tailor their workout as they gain strength in the core muscles. The Abdofit also aids spinal flexion for safe and effective core training at a fraction of the cost of traditional abdominal trainers.
The Abdofit is not used to maintain correct position whilst performing crunches but will provide effective proprioceptive feedback when performing a range of movement as contact with the AbdoFit will remind the user where their body should be in relation to the board.
This portable exerciser, with a comfortable foam seat, folds flat and stores easily making it ideal for busy fitness studios and PTs on the move.
The Abdofit is £28.99 excluding VAT and delivery. It is suitable for commercial applications and comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.
