The Fitness Group, the UK’s leading fitness education provider has announced a new partnership with Boxercise, the world’s biggest brand in boxing fitness to provide online and in-person courses for fitness professionals, to help them upskill and deliver greater value.

Boxercise has been supporting fitness professionals to develop their career since 1992. The method is based on traditional boxing, with a focus on fitness, not physical combat. Boxercise involves hitting pads and not opponents, making it a fun and effective workout for improving overall fitness.
