The Fitness Group, the UK’s leading fitness education training provider, has teamed up with Hyperice, the global leader in movement, recovery and human performance. 

Through this partnership, Personal Trainers will gain exclusive access to Hyperice’s cutting-edge digital education, available free with the purchase of any qualifying course from The Fitness Group - including Personal Training, Pilates and sports massage, amongst other qualifications. 

Hyperice’s new Assisted Stretch Education Course will also be offered in partnership with The Fitness Group. The two-day training course is designed specifically for Personal Trainers who want to expand their service offerings beyond traditional coaching. Currently available in London, the course will be expanding nationwide in 2026. 

The programme teaches PTs how to deliver effective stretching protocols that blend manual techniques as well as using Hyperice’s cutting-edge recovery products. By mastering these protocols, trainers can offer clients enhanced warm-ups, improved mobility, better body maintenance, and faster recovery, adding a highly valuable, wellness-focused dimension to their business.
