Precor reaffirms itself in premium sector with investment in the UK Sales and Customer Experience teams

Precor has made a series of appointments to its UK Sales and Customer Experience teams / Precor
Amy is a seasoned industry professional, with over a decade of experience in the industry. Based in the Midlands, she is ideally located to serve the new and expanding David Lloyd Leisure account for Precor. Her Customer Service management experience, alongside her esteemed career in sales holds her in great stead to flourish in this role and further grow Precor’s key account business in the UK.
Nikki Doolan has also taken on a new role in the UK Sales Team as the UK Hospitality Account Manager. Nikki joined Precor nearly three years ago and has worked in the industry for her entire career, primarily operator side as a Group Exercise specialist. This new step in her career will bolster the dedicated focus for Precor in the hospitality sector.
Customer Centric Team Growth
In addition to Nikki and Amy, Precor’s Customer Experience team has also grown. At a local level, Darren Overing has joined as a Senior Manager to support the UK and EMEA Export Partner businesses. Darren has an engineering background and extensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools. Along with his technical experience, Darren’s customer first approach will ensure Precor’s market leading product quality continues to be matched with unbeatable customer service.
Globally, UK native Daniel Murray has been appointed as Senior Director Global Customer Experience and Support, based out of Precor’s Headquarters in Woodinville, US. Daniel has an extensive history of success in the health and fitness industry, with a focus on elevating customer experiences and optimising operations.
