Terranea on schedule to launch in 2009

The US$450m (344.9m euro, £303.3m) Terranea resort and spa in Rancho Palos Verdes, US, is on schedule to launch in June 2009.
Managed by Destination Hotels & Resorts, the 102-acre (41-hectare) resort will feature a 25,000sq ft (2,322sq m), 24-treatment room spa overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
The facility is being designed by San Francisco-based firm BAMO. Details: terranea.com
