Reel Cinemas has agreed a contract on a seven-screen multiplex at the St Stephen’s mixed use site in Hull.
The first-floor, 1,138sq m (12,250sq ft) unit will join Gala Casino and a 120-room Holiday Express Inn as part of the leisure offer at the scheme.
The St Stephen’s complex is being operated by ING Real Estate in partnership with Hull City Council, Yorkshire Forward – who own most of the land – and English Partnerships via the city’s urban regeneration company Hull Citybuild.
