Prince restaurant group floats on AIM
Prince, the Chinese restaurant group, has today (31 August) floated its shares on the AIM stock market.
The company raised £427,900 by way of a placing at 9.25p per share, the proceeds of which will go on the price of admission.
The group own 13 restaurants in Xi’an, where it is based, and Hong Kong. Its chief executive, Guangfan Mai, is an award-winning chef famous for being able to kill and prepare a chicken in under a minute.
Prince and its subsidiaries also operate a luxury hotel and separate health club and plan to open a new hotel in Beijing later this year. Details: www.prince-catering.com
