Palm Holdings acquires Edinburgh hotels

Palm Holdings has acquired two Edinburgh hotels - The Howard and The Channings - from Town House Company (THC) for an undisclosed sum.
Property advisers Colliers International completed the sale on behalf of THC, with Palm Holdings expanding its presence in the city to four properties. It has been confirmed that The Howard – an 18-room boutique hotel with planning consent for four further apartments - and The Channings - a 41-room town house property - had asking prices of £3.5m and £5.5m respectively.
