With a background in Kinesiotherapy, and over a decade of clinical Pilates experience, Iza’s vision was to create a beautiful, calming space where clients could explore their physical potential and transform their health through movement.

Sentire opened its doors in October 2024, quickly building a reputation for unparalleled attention to detail.
