OTC buys all-hotels.com
Online Travel Corporation (OTC) has purchased All-Hotels, operator of all-hotels.com, in a share deal worth £1.425m.
The deal strengthens OTC's global inventory of supplier hotels, bringing access to 60,000 worldwide hotel properties.
It also means OTC, which owns or provides content to over 80 travel websites can sell its other travel products, including packages holidays and flights, to All-Hotels six million annual visitors.
Mark Jones, CEO of OTC, said: 'The acquisition means we are the best placed company to handle the requirements of anyone wishing to sell travel online.'
Last year, All-Hotels generated turnover of £11m from 160,000 hotel room sales.
