Swiss health and medical spa operator Clinique La Prairie is to open a residential lifestyle development in the US in December this year.
Located in downtown Miami, the Ten Museum Park development comprises a 50-storey residential building designed by US architectural firm Oppenheim and comprises one- or two-bedroom condominium units, as well as tower suites and penthouses.
The spa will be situated on the eighth and ninth floors of the building. The menu will consist of Swiss spa therapies and facilities will include thalasso cabins, and a hammam.
Each master bathroom will be fitted with spa amenities and the top 12 units in the towers will have a private rooftop vitality pool.
Following the opening of Ten Museum Park, Clinique La Prairie has plans to develop similar projects in Las Vegas, Nevada, US, and in both the Asian and the Middle Eastern markets. (See Spa Business 07/01 p16. To order, visit www.spabusiness.com)
