Lewis steps down as Oak Holdings chief

Oak Holdings has revealed that chief executive Steve Lewis has resigned from his position, following the collapse of the proposed £350m YES! Project in Rotherham.
A development agreement with the local authority for the leisure scheme was terminated on 24 January, prompting Lewis' decision to step down from the role and as a director. In a statement, Oak Holdings said: "It has been agreed with Steve that, in respect of approximately £125,000 owed to him by the company, this amount will be satisfied in due course by the issue to him of new ordinary shares."
