Year after year, International SPA Association (ISPA) members cite the wealth of research reports available to them in the ISPA Research Library as one of their most valued member benefits.

Conducted annually in partnership with renowned research organization Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC), the 2022 ISPA US Spa Industry Study presents the state of the industry as indicated by total revenues, spa visits, average revenue per visit, the total number of spa locations and staffing levels.
These ‘Big Five’ statistics from the 2022 ISPA US Spa Industry Study will be unveiled at the 2022 ISPA Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada and all ISPA members will have access to the full research report.
ISPA also conducts consumer research studies and snapshot surveys, which are a constant flow of insight for spa professionals seeking real-time impressions of how members are handling trending issues in the industry.
