Interactive fitness training launched

Training provider Be A Better You (BABY) has teamed up with HB Associates to deliver interactive gym training workshops.
According to HBA director Nicola Mehdi, the new courses aim to deliver training that accurately mimics the skills and 'energy' needed when working the gym floor.
"With the use of games, role play and fun experiments, instructors are taken out of their comfort zones, and this has a positive, long-lasting effect," said Mehdi.
Simon Bubb, training director of BABY, added: "The new Gym Instructor learners will now have the right fitness knowledge, as well as the right people skills to be able to perform at their best within a gym or leisure centre after completing their training.
"Our vision is to turn dreams into reality, which is why we focus on significantly improving and developing each new learner from 'Average to Excellent', in order to improve their chance in finding and keeping a job after training."
