ISPA Europe directors to form new body

The ex-directors of ISPA Europe are to form a new European spa association.
The new body has been provisionally called the Spa Federation.
The ex-directors have also confirmed the 2003 ISPA Europe Congress will not go ahead in May as planned, but instead the new Spa Federation will hold its own conference in September.
