HiiClub teams up with Frasers Group to open a gym within Flannels
HiiClub has opened its second site, at Flannels’ flagship Leeds store, creating an "ecosystem of fashion, fitness and community."
HiiClub Leeds follows the launch of HiiClub Newcastle 15 months ago.
Founded by former rugby player, Josh Rose, Lloyd Riddell, and Stephanie Barlow, the concept offers a boutique-hotel aesthetic and comprehensive programming.
A luxury retailer owned by Frasers Group – which also owns Everlast Gyms – Flannels has a mission to reimagine retail as an experiential, lifestyle-led environment. The 5,000 square foot HiiClub is on the Active floor of the Leeds store, alongside world-class brands, including Vuori, On, Lululemon, Boss Green, Represent 247 and 18 Montrose.
New for this site is HiiContrast, a dedicated hot and cold therapy suite, comprising two Brass Monkey ice baths and a six-person sauna.
The HiiBalance reformer Pilates studio is the largest in Leeds, with 15 reformer beds and members get unlimited classes.
Branded as HiiTrain, the gym floor features premium kit, including 18 treadmills, 15 benches, seven rigs, and more than 20 ergs. Four signature workouts – HiiHero, HiiJacked, HiiBryd and HiiRun – are offered in the strength, conditioning and running zone.
Rose says: “Bridging the gap between fashion, lifestyle, and fitness feels completely natural to us as a brand, and I’m genuinely excited about what’s ahead. There’s nothing we love more than bringing our community together through brand events and meaningful collaborations. By working with Flannels in this way, we can really amplify these moments and give our customers the best possible experience.
“Ultimately, we want people to get obsessed with HiiClub the way we are – not just for the workouts, but for the connections and positive lifestyle shifts that naturally come from being part of our community.”
Lauren Barrie, group head of retail at Frasers Group says: “HiiClub Leeds represents a new kind of destination for our customers, one that brings retail, performance, and wellbeing together in a way that feels authentic and relevant.”
