General manager appointed for Von Essen's Verta

Von Essen hotels has appointed Andrew Thomason as the new general manager for Hotel Verta in London, UK.
Thomason's role will encompass the launch of the hotel and joins from von Essen's Lower Slaughter Manor in Glouestershire, where he is general manager.
Thomason has more than 30 years experience in the hotel and hospitality industry.
His previous roles include being resident manager at Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons in Oxford and overseeing the build and design of the Forbury Hotel in Reading which he then went on to run before leaving to join von Essen at Lower Slaughter Manor.
