Elemis confirms senior leadership changes following Oriele Frank’s departure
Oriele Frank is leaving Elemis, the company she co-founded 33 years ago with Linder Steiner, Noella Gabriel and Séan Harrington.
Frank helped the brand develop new products, branding and marketing; launched the flagship House of Elemis in London and led the brand to achieve B Corp status.
She said it was “time for a new chapter,” adding that she will continue to advise, mentor and inspire brands.
Leadership reshuffle
According to official records, Frank’s directorship was ended on 8 January. Fellow co-founder Séan Harrington’s directorship of the company was ended on 15 November of last year.
Harrington has stepped down as CEO for the brand and is now non-executive chair.
A spokesperson for Elemis told Spa Business: “In November, Noella Gabriel, co-founder and global president of Elemis, was appointed CEO. She succeeds Séan Harrington, who has decided to step down from operational leadership and will serve as non-executive chair. Oriele Frank has left the company to pursue new opportunities.
“Our strategic priorities remain unchanged and we are confident in the strength and capability of our team as we continue to focus on delivering for our customers and partners,” the spokesperson added.
Future plans
The brand said this year it will launch two new body care products and it will also enhance its treatments with more results-driven technology.
“In 2026, our story continues to evolve, as we elevate and reimagine,” the spokesperson said. “Our DNA remains the same: bold innovation and strong results that deliver a visible difference consumers can see and feel. Our product innovation continues to be inspired by our spa heritage, where luxurious textures and uplifting aromatics transform every application into a moment of calm and reconnection.”
