Customer insight provider to enter the spa industry
Customer insight provider Leisure-net Solutions is to take its mystery shopping services into the European spa industry.
The company - whose foundations lie in the active leisure sector - has already carried out research into the pubic's attitude and perception towards spas, with the results being released during the April 2010 Spatec event. A call-Focus(TM) survey for spas is now being launched, which is intended to assess teh way that spas answer both telephone and email enquiries.
This survey will include calls and emails to more than 100 sites across health club, hotel and independent spas.
Managing director Mike Hill said: "We are taking our leisure and fitness related insight into the spa sector. Learning what spas are doing right and wrong and how they can do better is crucial to business success." Details: leisure-net.org
