UK-based independent health club operator Bannatyne Fitness has appointed Justin Musgrove as its group spa director.
In his new role, Musgrove will be responsible delivering a potential UK expansion programme for Bannatyne’s Sensory Spa brand, which was part of Duncan Bannatyne’s £90m (132m euro, US$179m) acquisition of 24 LivingWell Premier Health Clubs last year.
Following the acquisition, Bannatyne brought its existing hair and beauty operations under the Sensory brand.
Prior to joining Bannatyne, Musgrove was Center Parcs’ UK spa manager. He said: “No other health club chain has the strength of product that Sensory has to offer. I am aiming to bring a new dimension to the brand, which will allow it to achieve its potential.”
