Auckland gets Physical

Auckland’s largest independent health club operator has opened its ninth facility in the city.
Club Physical is situated in the Landmark Rendells building in the central business district of Auckland. Facilities at the club include a studio with CV and resistance equipment plus group exercise classes in martial arts, pilates and yoga. A ‘Kidz Club’ with play area is also on site.
The New Zealand-based health club was founded 23 years ago and became famous for its no-nonsense approach to exercise. In a bid to make people of all shapes and sizes feel welcome, Club Physical banned leotards in it’s gyms and introduced social programmes for members including bush walks to pubs!
There are nine Club Physical health clubs - all in Auckland, New Zealand.
