83m euro theme park planned for Hungary
An 83m euro (£69.6m, US$108m) theme park is being planned for Kecskemét, Hungary.
Chair of Bacs-Kiskun County Council, Gabor Banyai, was quoted at a press conference by MTI-ECONEWS as saying that the park is being modeled on France's Puy du Fou historical theme park.
The founder of Puy du Fou, Philippe de Villiers, promised his support for the park at the conference.
Work is scheduled to begin next year, to be completed by 2013.
