Inge van Zon, recently voted one of the Netherlands' top 100 female entrepreneurs by the Dutch Financial Times, will launch a new executive coaching and wellness programme aimed at corporate executives called Success by Balance: a Corporate Wellness Retreat.
With over 14 years’ experience in management roles throughout the insurance and investment banking industry in London and Europe, Zon is now founder and managing partner of Z&Z Consulting – a company that operates in south east Asia and Hong Kong.
There will be two one-week retreat programmes scheduled for 2-8 and 23-29 November at the Villa Flow boutique hotel on the east coast of Bali, Indonesia. The first, Leading with Purpose, is hosted by Zon, alongside former director of talent and leadership for AXA UK and integrative psychoanalyst Laurent Criou, plus Dr Sabine Menon – who holds an MA in neuro-psychology and a PhD in human development and organisations.
The Success by Balance retreat will see Zon team up with Cecile van Loon, a leading Dutch executive coach and will include personal consultations, daily group and individual coaching sessions, yoga and meditation, rice-field walks and cycling tours, as well as nutritional advice for healthy living and a cultural excursion to Balinese Hindu temples to partake in a water blessing ceremony.
“It’s not enough to simply send your top level executives on a team building weekend anymore, in the hope that they’ll return full of energy and new ideas,” said Dr Menon. “We want to cultivate long-term wellness, both in the workplace and in daily life. From a holistic perspective, we’re identifying potential causes of stress, unravelling the underlying causes of negative patterns and conflicts while replenishing the body with organic cuisine and healthy practices such as yoga.”
