As UBX looks to expand in the UK, two London sites become Hyrox affiliates
Two London-based UBX gyms have become affiliated partners of the global race brand, Hyrox.
Boxing, strength and fitness studios, UBX Wembley and UBX Kingston, are launching a Hyrox Training Club, open to members and non-members, and offering them the chance to prepare for the events.
A new programme, the Hyrox x UBX Power 5 Series is being launched giving new members two complimentary UBX training sessions and five Hyrox training sessions for £79.
Andre Hordagoda, UBX Wembley director, says: “Partnering with Hyrox is a natural fit – together we create an unrivalled training experience that challenges athletes, inspires members, and brings people together. This collaboration gives our members access to world-class performance training while fostering connection, motivation, and a shared passion for pushing the limits.”
UBX is also launching a new site in a prime location in London’s Hammersmith before the end of the year and further gyms in 2026 and 2027. The signature UBX workout combines boxing skills and drills with high-intensity cardio, explosive movements and functional strength work in a dynamic 12-round circuit.
There are currently nine UBX sites in the UK. The brand was founded in Australia by world champion boxer, Danny Green, and tech entrepreneur, Tim West. There are now more than 90 sites globally, in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the US and United Arab Emirates.
