Women's Running, the UK's first running magazine designed specifically with women in mind, has been launched by Wild Bunch Media.
Targeting women of all abilities from treadmill runners and beginners to experienced runners, the magazine includes features and information on diet, clothing and positive attitudes.
The magazine also focuses on women-specific issues such as hormonal changes, body issues and achieving weight loss.
Women's Running is available now from a variety of stores including Tesco, Boots and WH Smiths.
