Latest installation from Escape Fitness

The Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL) owned Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre has seen the installation of two dedicated stretching zones from Escape Fitness.
The decision comes after GLL was concerned at the growing number of clients who were not stretching before and after exercise.
The areas have been equipped with Pavigym's body mind flooring as well as accessories including medicine balls and Swiss balls.
Gary Dark, Camden Partnership Manager for GLL says: "We wanted to reintroduce the importance of stretching to our members as it had become a forgotten part of a workout. The area is in constant use now and has exceeded our expectations".
