The Fitness Group launches London’s first dedicated Pilates education studio

Located in the heart of London, this state-of-the-art studio will host a full calendar of Mat and Reformer Pilates courses throughout the year. Beyond training, it will also serve as a research and development hub, enabling us to refine existing courses and pioneer new ones, ensuring we remain leaders in Pilates education. In the near future, this space will also serve as a reformer Pilates studio for the members of the public to participate in classes.
For too long, there has been a clear divide between traditional fitness qualifications and wellness disciplines such as yoga and Pilates. Many leading education providers have struggled to deliver Pilates courses that meet the high professional standards required in the industry, leaving aspiring instructors with limited options for high-quality training.
At The Fitness Group, we’re committed to changing that. For the past seven years, we’ve built a strong reputation for innovation in personal training and gym instructor education. Now, we’re expanding our expertise into Pilates, bringing the same passion, precision, and excellence.
Following the rapid success of our Mat and Reformer Pilates courses, we recognised the need for a dedicated space to provide the very best learning experience. Our new Pilates Education Centre is fully equipped with premium reformer beds and offers students extensive hands-on, in-person training to ensure they graduate with both confidence and competence.
In addition to the studio, the site will house our new southern UK headquarters, where we’ll continue expanding and enhancing our Pilates curriculum, setting a new benchmark for Pilates instructor education in the UK.
The Pilates Education Centre officially opened its doors in July 2025, marking an exciting new chapter for The Fitness Group and a major step forward for Pilates education nationwide.
