Demand for reformer Pilates is booming. Peak Pilates has achieved record studio installations during January and February. From boutique gyms to health clubs, reformers are transforming fitness spaces nationwide. Managing Director Howard Braband said, “Members are looking for time efficient, total body workouts that make them feel healthier, more balanced and without the discomfort and pain associated with many traditional styles of gym workouts. Reformer workouts do just that and demand is huge!”

FitCore™ Education: Shaping Future Reformer Professionals
The education programme is a key component with the Peak Pilates. FitCore™ offers fitness professionals with level 2 in exercise to music or fitness trainers to become proficient in teaching dynamic reformer workouts to groups or individuals in an intensive 2 day programme. Christie Braband, FitCore™ Master Trainer, has already trained more than 60 reformer instructors in the first 6 weeks of 2025.
