LevelUp at Porchester Hall: raising the bar for PT development

02 Jul 2025
LevelUp event at Porchester Hall / Your Personal Training
Your Personal Training’s most recent LevelUp event at Porchester Hall was a celebration of ambition and connection, with over 150 passionate PTs coming together for a full day of expert-led learning and networking.

LevelUp events, powered by YOUR Personal Training, are designed to inspire action, elevate standards and provide a free, accessible platform where PTs of all levels can connect, learn and thrive, regardless of whether they’re part of the YOUR PT team.

Your Personal Training was proud to welcome a standout line-up of industry experts to the Porchester Hall stage, including: Keith Smith, Andrew Tyrrell, Jayne Lo, Phil Learney and Oliver Patrick. Covering a wide range of topics relevant to the sector, from becoming the go-to PT and retaining clients through community to monetising wellbeing and generating clients on the gym floor, each brought a unique perspective, and their collective insight helped create an inspiring and energising experience for all who attended.

The LevelUp initiative was created to make professional development in the fitness industry more accessible, collaborative and inspiring.

As James Lorey, Operations Director at Your Personal Training, explains: “Our goal is to bridge the gap between personal trainers and gym operators to encourage those connections and development opportunities. LevelUp creates a space for knowledge exchange, networking and skill enhancement, all for free.”

Each event features industry-leading speakers offering practical business support on key topics such as client retention, lead generation and innovation to help provide personal trainers with the key knowledge they need to expand their business. LevelUp events are all about raising standards in the sector and empowering trainers to grow both personally and professionally.

Porchester Hall was a powerful reminder of just how much value exists in community-led development. As YOUR Personal Training continues to grow the LevelUp series, they remain committed to keeping events free, open to all PTs and focused on real-world impact.

If you're a personal trainer looking to level up your business and take your professional development that step further, keep your eyes out for the next event:
