Former Speedflex sales director to lead next phase of commercial expansion

Your Personal Training (YPT), the UK’s leading personal training management company, has appointed James Smith as its new group business development director, as the business strengthens its senior leadership team to support its continued expansion and enters its next phase of strategic growth.

“The opportunity now is to scale that impact further. I’m looking forward to working with the team to unlock new markets, deepen strategic partnerships and further strengthen YPT’s commercial impact across the sector.”

The appointment forms part of YPT’s wider strategy to enhance its senior leadership capability and position the business for sustained growth within the UK leisure and fitness market.
