Having evolved from a £200,000 enterprise into a thriving business that includes sports facilities, personal training, ticketed events, and venue hire, SDE faced increasing pressure to deliver seamless digital experiences. With separate systems like CoursePro, WisePay, and SAGE Intact, customers had to navigate multiple platforms, while staff juggled manual tasks and disconnected reporting.
Why the Cloud, Why Now?
The decision to move to the cloud forms a key part of SDE’s broader digital transformation strategy, which coincides with the launch of its new website. Gladstone’s integrated platform stood out as the ideal fit, offering:
A unified customer experience – with a single portal for all bookings and transactions.
Operational efficiency – cutting down manual admin through automation of invoicing and communications.
Data-driven decision-making – via robust reporting and insight tools.

SDE will implement a suite of Gladstone’s cloud-native products, including GoJoin, GoBook, Go Mobile, Prospects, GoLearn, Gladstone Reporting, eCommerce, and Access Control.
